What You Get

The Challenge

Finding a bending shop that can hold tight tolerances on complex profiles is difficult. Most shops measure ±0.5mm. If your laser cutting and bending are at different shops, transportation adds cost and lead time.

My Approach

My 110-ton CNC press brake delivers ±0.1mm accuracy on profiles up to 3100mm. Located at the same S.S.S Laser Industries facility as my 1500W fiber laser — so laser-cut parts go straight to the press brake. No transport, no waiting, no vendor coordination.

The Outcome

Tight tolerances. Fast turnaround (laser cut + bend in one facility). Complex multi-bend profiles. V-bending, U-bending, air bending, hemming, box & channel forming.
