My Approach

I apply GD&T based on 26 years of manufacturing experience. Every tolerance is checked: Can your shop actually hold this? Is this tolerance necessary for function? What does this tolerance spec cost? For standard GD&T application, I work directly. For advanced stack-up analysis (Cetol 6σ, 3DCS), I coordinate with EGS Computers India.
