My Approach

I design machines that work in real production environments, based on 26 years building lab equipment, pilot plants, and industrial systems at Mann+Hummel. For lab equipment and test fixtures, I execute directly. For complex industrial machinery and automation, I coordinate with Mitec Singapore while providing DFM oversight.

The Outcome

Manufacturing-proven designs at 30-40% less than German engineering firms. Equipment designs include safety systems, instrumentation integration, and standard component specification. 2 revision rounds included.
